Description: We have two consulting rooms of different sizes available for rent here at Healthy Steps Foot Clinic.  One room is about 13 metre squares in total, while the other room is about 11 metre squares in total. Each room available has its own air conditioning/heating system, as well as a wash basin.  The rooms are currently unfurnished, however if you would prefer furnishings to be included in the rent, it can be arranged with the owner of the head lease.   About the Location - The clinic is situated on a busy street leading to and very close to the local Mitcham Train station (about 50m), as well as bus interchange.  Ample free public car parking available for the clients of the business, including free 1-hour car parking spaces right outside the clinic, as well as 2-3 hours free parking available within easy access.  Ground level clinic with own shop front, helps attract new potential clients by busy foot traffic to and from the train station.  Free staff public car parking available nearby, or premium secure undercover staff car parking also available at an extra cost.   We are offering a daily clinical room rental or have exclusive use of your own room for weekly rental available. Basic clinical room rental package includes: Consulting room use, wifi internet, water & electricity utilities, shared use of the reception/waiting area, kitchen and toilet facilities. This does not include telephone line, clinical software or reception support. Daily room rental for a day session is from $110 a day under this basic room rental package. Cheaper rate available if renting for more days or for the whole weekly sessions.    Add-ons to the basic room rental package, with additional costs are: Secure undercover staff car parking x 1 space, part-time reception support (2-3 days a week) for phone bookings, enquiries handling and billings at the front reception.
